Store
The backbone of production, we follow strict 5S guidelines and Standard operating procedures to ensure that handling of goods is minimised and wastages are kept to a minimum.
Quality management 4 point check systems have been implemented to ensure that defect levels are maintained. Proper demarcation of rejected goods ensures that defected goods do not move into production.
Stitching
Spanning over 35,000 SQFT we have over 1000 stitching machines that operate on bundling system.
Our strong team of Industrial engineers and lean manufacturing champions are able to handle and drive high efficiencies for even the most complex of styles.
We are in phase 1 of implementing RFID systems and Kanban with a successful pilot on 2 production lines.
Finishing & Packaging
Spanning a total of 25,000 sqft Unit 1 has a traditional independent Finishing floor while Unit 2 has an inline finishing and packing that helps maintain optimal levels of WIP and helps ascertain defects promptly.

The packing department is within a closed area wherein goods can only pass in through metal detectors and is fully compliant as per international packing norms.
Cutting
With a capacity to cut over 10000 pcs/day we use Lectra automated cutting machines to achieve maximum efficiencies reducing wastages and labour cost.
Spanning over 20,000 sqft, we are equipped to handle the most complex styling that requires re-cutting and single piece cutting.
Washing
We have 4 Washing machines with a combined capacity of 175 kgs and 3 tumblers of 250 kgs, we can wash up to 8000 garments per day.
We use the modern machines made by Fabcare that consume the least amount of water and electricity.
In addition to washing, we have a capacity to line-dry 7000 mtrs per day.
