Canteen, Creche & Medical Room

Staff Welfare is our top priority and basic necessities such as a 150 seater canteen, Creche for women with kids and a medical room with a full-time nurse are provided.

 Minimum Wage, PF & Insurance

We strictly adhere to all local and national laws in relation to minimum age, minimum wage, ESI & PF to ensure that all statutory compliances are met and workers are able to receive the maximum benefits as stipulated by national and state governments.

Works Committes

To ensure that the company policies are in line with the needs of the workers, we have established works committee, health % safety committee, Internal Complaint committee & canteen comitee which meet on a regular basis to discuss issue

Fire Safety

All health and safety compliances are met to ensure that we are fully prepared, in case of any mishappenings.

 

We hold regular fire drills, Fire Management Trainings to ensure the response team is able to react quickly.

 

High powered emergency lights at exits, reflective line markings on the ground and fire extinguishers have been placed at every 20 feet.

Metal Free Zone

As we are children's apparel manufacturer, we have a robust needle & metal policy, wherein all needles are accounted for and tracked, packing areas have metal detector machines, sharp boxes are placed on all floors.

No Staple pins are allowed inside the unit and all packets are inspected at the main gate itself!
